Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or other related discipline.

Demonstrable experience as an IT professional

Basic planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required

Proficiency with database applications, knowledge of mainframe, distributed and/or web programming language

Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality

Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners

Periodic on-call support of team’s applications and systems is required

Benifits:

Salary Range: $65,000+  per year (based on experience)

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness

Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in supporting a wide range of technologies from legacy to cloud applications

You'll help improve and modernize our infrastructure, as well as ensuring it aligns with evolving tech adoption

Contribute to modernization efforts, adopting cloud-native architectures and automation frameworks to enhance reliability, scalability, and performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global business partners and technology teams

Technical Support: Learn to provide expert-level support for systems, resolving complex issues across different tech stacks

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, implementing innovative solutions to drive productivity gains

Experiment, learn and keep up with new technologies and practices

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least two office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Exton, PA)
