  We are seeking a skilled Oracle Analyst to specializes in analyzing, configuring, and supporting Oracle business applications within an organization, working closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications within the Oracle system. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle databases, applications, and ERP systems, providing technical and functional support to enhance business operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud or EBS modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot Oracle databases, applications, and ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, or other Oracle-based platforms).
• Evaluating business requirements and writing future state designs with workflow charts and diagrams.
• Configure Oracle applications based on business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Support data migration, integration with other systems, and ETL processes using Oracle tools.
• Assist end-users with system issues, provide training, and develop documentation to improve user adoption.
• Writes all functional design documents that details any customization/extensions that delivers the functional solution to solve the business requirement
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize database queries and application configurations.
• Develops and implements comprehensive test plans to ensure that systems and programs are tested and debugged.
• Ensure database and application security, maintain compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Work on Oracle system upgrades, new module implementations, and enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an Oracle Analyst, Oracle DBA, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database management.
• Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, or other Oracle ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle BI, reporting tools, and ETL processes is a plus.
• Performance oriented, Delivery Oriented and the problem solver.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
