Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions to support business processes in Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud.
- Support with the ongoing customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform, including workflows, process automation, reports, dashboards, and page layouts.
- Automate processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, scalability, and optimization.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications (ERP, marketing automation, payment gateways, etc.).
- Ensure data quality, deduplication, and governance within Salesforce.
- Use APIs, middleware tools for system integrations.
- Implement role-based access controls (RBAC), sharing rules, and security best practices.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or other industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, performance bottlenecks, and user concerns.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or third-party connectors).
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins), Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello).
